I have a very busy schedule from morning till evening. I have my dinner around 7 pm so can I practice yoga after 4 hours i.e. Around 11 or 11: 30 pm?

It will be better to practice yoga before dinner. As yoga involves both physical and mental aspects. Also it raises the energy level and awareness doing at night hrs may disturb your sleep cycle.

If you are having dinner by 7 pm. Then you can go with the practice of normal, rhythmic breathing then after that deep breathing practice. Don't practice the asanas or any other practice under yoga.
