I have interactive thyroid, am taking 87. 5 mg thyroxine. Age 41, weight 68 kgs, female. I need to know if my dose needs to be reduced based on below report, if yes, how much? My results thyroid profile-i [t3, t4,tsh] t3 82.8 ng/dl - serum, electro chemi luminescent immuno assay t4 6.67 ug/dl - serum, electro chemi luminescent immuno assay tsh (ultrasensitive) 0.48 uiu/ml.
