I went for a cleaning process for my teeth when I was 11 years old. A few days back I noticed that one of my front teeth is broken from below. Is it because of the cleaning process or deficiency of any vitamins as I never fell down anywhere so that my teeth could break neither I felt any kind of pain or there could be any other reasons too?
