I am 60 years with diabetes under treatment with glucophage. I have numbness on my soles, stiffness of the calf muscles. Walking painful for the muscles and is difficult, and also I am unsteady on my feet. Does natures own magnesium chelate 500 mg, and natures way glucosamine + fish oil help? Does alcohol have any affect? Any other treatment recommended?
