I am 27 female with 5'4" height, unmarried living outside home town for studies. Most of my food depends on street food or junk because of the quality of food provided in hostel which resulted in increase in weight from 60 to 85 in past 4-5 years. Help me please.

Better do regular brisk walking eat lot of salad before each meal fruits of low glycemic index in between meal eat missi roti without ghee slowly anx chew well. Drink plenty of water daily.
