Which is a best shampoo or medicine for dandruff and hair fall due to dandruff. I use to put selsun lotion but once I stop dandruff comes again. Im using head and shoulders but it doesn't work I still have dandruff. Boutiques neem dandruff shampoo I used that's also useless. Pls suggest what can I use or do to get rid of my dandruff.

If you want to overcome your dandruff problem try the following: 1. Hair wash on alternative days 2. Use any mild shampoo which is chemical-free. 3. Selsun which you use is a good choice if you have severe dandruff 4. Cover your hair and scalp if you expose to sunlight for more than 15 minutes 5. Drink 4 litres of water per day which prevent dryness of scalp 6. Daily take 1 boiled egg which has essential minerals for hair growth.
