I am suffering of continues menstrual bleeding and spasmodic pain and she has consumed tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid for the same but the problem is still persist so can you please suggest me the appropriate medication.

Hello, take Hamamelis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly during the menses. And for rest of days, take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back. Also Mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hourly (SOS for pain). Even after taking these medication, if there is no relief in the sufferings, need to get an ultrasound (pelvis) done.
