Hello doctor i?m 11 weeks pregnant with 10 mm of subchronic collection, 2 weeks earlier it was 64 x 19 mm. I was advised for susten 400 mg twice daily. Should I continue the medicine? As it is high in dosage and the sub chronic collection has also reduced it?s size.

Continue till the same disappears along with medicine you require rest. Avoid intercourse. Avoid travel. There should not be constipation. Avoid lifting weights. Avoid squatting. Scan after 15-20 days.

Susten doesn't reduce the subchorionic hemorrhage however helps to make the uterus relax. Taking bed rest will help you to reduce the size by its own. How ever co ordinate with your doctor to check the baby's heat rate frequently.
