I am burning 1000 calories per day. In the morning I am covering 7 kms per day and in gym at 4 pm I am covering 6 to 7 kms per day at the end of days I completed 14000 steps per day. My question is that how much weight I will loss if I will go the same way?

It depends according to your intake. because calorie how much calories your burning should be more then your intake. Suppose your burning 1000 calories and eating 1500 calories then it will be difficult for you to loose weight. You have to check for both of the things.
