Sir i'm suffering from insomnia from 4 days, i'm a person who can sleep in any condition but now i'm really tired of trying to fall asleep what can I do now.

try to sleep at time each night and get up same time each morning ,avoid using phones or reading e-books that give off light before bed. avoid using caffeine late in day ,get regular exercise ,take warm bath or shower before bed ,eliminate negative thought
