I had period yesterday jus few drops on pad but having severe menstrual cramp. Today on 2nd day not a single drop of blood on pad but having extreme painful cramp. What can be the reason behind and what medicine should I take for relief. Earlier I diagnosed with pcos but i'm having this kind of experience of few drops of blood on first day and no sign of blood on other day with extreme cramp during periods. I'm very worried. Is this normal? Please reply I will be grateful to you all.
