Hi. I am 27 years old nd currently I am 14 week pregnant. I have done cervical cerclage before 3 days tht s 6/7/2019. I am on complete bed rest. I want to knw about best sleeping position after cervical stich. Should I eat in reclining position or I can sit while eating. whether I have to sleep on my back or sleep on my side which position is more safe? If I change my sleeping position frequently does it hurt my stich? Plzzz help.

left lateral position is best, and don't sit without support of back

Hi. Sleep towards your left side and if you want to sleep straight, just keep a tilt towards left side. Definately hip should be little elevated than the body. You can sit while eating.
