Im suffering from scoliosis, due to which im not able to lift heavier weights at the gym and its giving me both mental and physical pain.

Pelvic tilts. A pelvic tilt will help stretch tight muscles in the hips and lower back. Arm and leg raises. Cat-camel. Bird-dog. Latissimus dorsi stretch. Abdominal press. Practicing good posture.
