Hi. My baby is 11 months old, frm last night m giving him paracetamol syrup bcz of fever, and somehow I noticed his molar and canine are erupting, he doesn't hv cold also so I doubt fever is bcz of acute severe pain caused by eruption, so wat ointment should I use, zyteegel or hexigel .plz guide me.
