Actually my whole reports my platelets count is 110 and mpv is 13.5 and my triglyceride level is 330 and hdl is 21.5. I feel this report is fake by lab because I do exercise daily play cricket daily and take healthy diet. And also can you please suggest me some vitamins. I have already suggested like vitamins shelcal xt, folvite & b12.

This report may or may not be correct. You can cross-check from some other lab. But as you said you take healthy food. But it depends on your body what it?s assimilating. It?s important what you eat n at what time. All the food are good. Food is not good or bad. It?s the timings that are good or bad. So may be you r consuming right food at the wrong time or your body is not able to absorb good things out of food. Also meals or what you eat before n after exercise are very important. Consult online for details.
