Hi doctor! im a beta thalassemia minor patient. This afternoon I suddenly started feeling extremely tired and sleepy, I slept off for an hour and when I woke up my heart felt like it was about to explode. I could feel my heart beat was high (it was feeling high even before I slept off but I ignored it) then I checked my heart rate with my husbands apple watch and it showed around 92-107 for that while. I was feeling really bad at that point. Could you please advise me as to what should I do and if there is anything to be worried for?
