In the night I find that my mouth and tongue are dry and lips are pasted like. I thought dehydration due to fan. Then I used to sleep without the fan. But the same. During the cold weather I have been frequently urinating more than normal. So there has been an imbalance of fluid in my system. What I did was to have two mugs full of water just before I go to bed. It answered the problem. Now I don't have dry lips or tongue. Thanks for all your opinions.
