Hii. When I get my periods. There wil be a kind of swelling in the abdomen (lower part of the stomach) and it pains a lot even if I just touch this is happening from last three cycles as I observed. And it's very painful. The pains last for 3 days. And pains start before two or three days before periods. Little worried.
