A couple of questions related to h pylori infection. 1. I am on antibiotics to eradicate this and am observing a fairly simple diet of white rice, lean white meats, soups and cooked vegetables. I have read that probiotic, like kombucha are beneficial to fighting the bacteria but will this have any impact on the efficiency of anti-biotic? 2. Are there any multi-vitamins I can take to supplement nutrition such as b-complex or vit-c? 3. As I have recently a slightly elevated afp 2% above range, could the h pylori be somehow attributed to this or liver function? Had an endoscopy, showed some area's of stomach lining damage and h pylori at pylorus. Provided anti-biotic. 2 previous blood tests, show slightly elevated afp. (8 months ago 8.53 iu/ml and 1 month ago 9.22 iu/ml)
