Respected sir (s) my mother is under medication for copd. She used to take tiomate inhaler two puffs twice daily. Recently after her discharge from hospital, she is been advised to take foracort inhaler also in addition to tiomate. And the dosage is been advised as fieacort400, two puffs twice daily and tiomate, two puffs once daily instead of twice daily. Now my query is about the correct dosage of foracort and tiomate inhalers. Similarly she used to unicontin e 600 mg -1/2 tablet twice daily. Now she is been advised to take 400 mg once daily. Pls suggest if she can revert back to 600 mg or 400 mg will be sufficient because of foracort. Previous: tiomate 2 puffs twice daily+ unicontin 600 mg-1/2 tablet twice daily. Present: foracort 400 twice daily+ either tiomate 2 puffs once daily or duolin thrice daily+unicontin 400 mg once daily. Pls suggest me correct dosage and best combination. Regards. Thanks in advance.
