Thank you for your query we will try to help you, first thing you should avoid sitting or lieing down just after your meal, chew your meal slowly and eat it without gadgets, start having green tea once or twice a day and only walking as workout will not help you add some of hiit workout of atleast 10 mins daily once in a day.
