Hello, I have diagnosed amoebiasis histolytica in april this year, after that doctor gave me tinidazole dose for three days, now again from last one week I feel urge to go to poop after I eat something, like bloating in my stomach. I feel bloating or gas in my stomach when I try to pass some liquid also comes after that some blood clots. I do not feel any itching but feel some sensation in my anus area inside, is I am suffering from internal piles. Please help.
