How ocd can be treated nd what do you think is more appropriate therapy or medicine treatment. As it's been 7-8 years that we have given her medicines but does not get sufficient result. She's always thinks about issues like if anyone touches any thing which has already touched by some dirty person then that clean person has to take bath otherwise they are not allowed to enter easily. She continuously stresses upon some particular fear nd without doing any action as her mind says she cannot control her fears nd herself. Sometimes she gets sweats so much on her face sometimes even when she is sleeping and so many other effects. She's already been taking medicines since 7-8 years. She jst can't control her fears. Is it ocd or something and what's the remedy for the same if we continue going for medicines or therapy. Bt when she went for therapy once she jst came out nd never go for that again jst bcauz doctors tells her to do some task which is mainly her fear nd out of her control. So please suggest what should be done?
