Dear sir sorry to say but unfortunate reason I was take alcohol from last 15 days morning and evening but from 4 days I was quit but now I can't sleep ni8 and in fact day dryness in my throat continually and sugar level also increase 100 to 140 pp I fill blindness in eyes and fill cramp on low back then smoking I fill very weakness please suggest I want any treatment I was not habit I am just smoker please suggest it's a withdrawal syndrome.
