I wake up at 4: 30 am nd for walking or jogging post that I eat banana and egg (boil) post some time. The problem is if I eat anything containing carbs or oily (including omelette) before 12 pm. I feel sleepy nd lazy. But the problem is what should I eat pre 12 pm when I feel hungry? Please answer it elaborately!
