I am a 25 year old female and l have dental problem. My teeth got stained when l was little and the dentist said it was caused by water which had too much iron. Can teeth bleaching whiten my teeth?

You have multiple options depending upon severity of your problem (dental fluorosis). Once your problem is visually seen by a dentist, it can be whiten by chemical bleaching, laser bleaching or veneering.

If they are iron stains, scaling and polishing will help you to get rid of the stains. If they are fluorosis stains( your complaint sounds more like fluorosis)and the staining is quite severe, getting laminates on your teeth might be the only option.
