Sir, l have vit b12 deficiency. I take renerve inj long back. In recent past 3 months I get numbness in my fingers and tingling mostly in legs and hands. For past two days my skin all over the body is burning like anything .i had fever yesterday but today no fever but burning is worse. Please help.
