I'm 26 unmarried male who have acidic stomach few months ago associated with nausea at early morning but recovering gradually. As advised by doctor, I avoid oily and spicy foods since then. When I checked my body weight it decreases to 3 kgs in just seven months and now 51 kgs .i want to gain some fat. So please let me know the best diet that wouldn't harm my stomach to gain some body weight and fats in a very short period. Please also suggest effective diet to strengthen immunity.
