Sir my right testicle is hanging lower than right. I started masturbating since I was 16 years old. I masturbate once or twice in a week or two week. Now I face pain in my right testicle. A small pain radiating to my kidney area. It is not regular pain. Pain with some minutes of gap. Sudden hurting to testis and kidney area. Is it a kidney stone? Hello your symptoms can be due to different reasons. A simple uti or a kidney stone or a varicocele. Wear tight underwear. Take lots of fluids and you can continue cystone. Regarding masturbating, decrease the frequency. Get a urine examination, a scrotal usg and an abdominopelvic usg done and get back to me with the reports.

If it is the left testes which is hanging lower than the right then it is a very normal finding. Then the penis will also bent towards right due to availability of space. So no need to worry I guess. Also at your age to masterbate twice or even thrice in a week is also very normal. Shows that you are a sexually active male.
