Hello. Sevista (60) is usually used in a dosage of 60 mg twice a week for 3 months followed by once o week for 3 months. With continuous long term use in high dose (60) there is slight risk of cystic ovary, decreased libido and hot flushes. After 6 months it is better to have a blood for lft done followed by a gap of 3 to 4 months and than can be used again.
