My 2 years old kid's skin was wheatish brown before an year ago, now it's turning dark blackish/ brown in body parts like back of neck, hip area & calf. Is it normal? Or is it pigmentation? What should I do? Please suggest. Also his front teeth (incisors) are rotting, is there anything I can do to stop it? Thank you in advance.

You have pigmentation disorder and you need dermatology to check up. For the teeth, they can be extracted if feasible as a dentist feels and get a dental checkup.
