Hi Dr. I need to know that aceclofenac with paracetamol tablet can be taken with nexito plus or not. Pls suggest me.

Hello lybrate-user. Aceclofenac and paracetamol both have very bad effects on liver and kidney. If you can, take homoeopathic treatment. It is better and no side effects. If you want to take them keep difference of half an hour at least.
