Hello di am 38 year old female. I am 5.4"height and weighing 84 kg. I am increasing my weight day by day. My diet is as fallows- * morning 2 idli or dosa * afternoon - some rice and curry or breakfast 4 pm - some fruit * night- ragi mouth and little rice.

hello, you can check your thyroid ,diabetes and haemoglobin level . you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 20 minute daily. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night. you can consult me privately online on laybrate for any advice n diet plan.
