I have 3 months old baby. Currently I am suffering from breast inflammation which is making more difficult for me to feed. I started formula feed to baby. Right now I am taking antibiotics i.e augment 625 and ceftum 500. Already I had breast abscess surgery for right side, now I have same symptoms for left side which is starting stage. What remedies I can take to reduce that and can I take lactation food to increase my breast milk, I have very low milk supply. Will it increase infection if I use breast pump to remove milk.

Hi, Please do not use antibiotics when your breast is engorged. It will turn into an abscess. Always use anti-inflammatory. Give hot fermentation and use a breast pump to take the milk out.
