When I start to do yoga my mind become calm and very conscious but after sometime when I stop doing yoga my mind comes in the same position means I am feeling unconscious. Without yoga generally I am stay unconscious. At that time my mind not intend to remember or understand anything. My mind ignore so many things which I should actually keep in mind or point to be noted, and second thing when I am going to remember or understand something I am feeling that my mind is light and that time I am not able to remember or understand anything easily and fast. It comes back like boomerang. Is it possible? If yes then what may be the reason behind that? My final question is what can I not stay always conscious without yoga? Because without yoga my mind not staying much conscious. Please give me the answer of this both questions. I am suffering from this problem since my childhood. And I have every time tried to do something helpful to solve this problem permanently. I request you to understand my problem and give me the best remedies.
