I am a student and want your advice on my daily schedule which is as follows: Sleep 7 am to 3 pm Jogging and exercise: 5:45 am to 6:30 am Rest of the time: normal routine with study I jus shifted my sleeping time. Kindly suggest whether it will be ok to continue with this schedule? Is there any kind of short term or long term disadvantage? Kindly suggest. I am following this for last 10 days.
