My kid is 4 months old, he has cold Dr. has given him mega-cv drops. But I was given mega-cv 228.5 mg dry syrup by medicine store owner. If the both are same. I should give this syrup or not.

If only blocked nose or running nose then use nasal drops. If there's is no fever then don't give antibiotics example mega CV. If you have to give syp mega CV can be given 2 ml twice a day instead of 1 ml of drops twice a day.

My baby is 2.5 months old. And we given BCG and polio from birth. Then after 1.5 months polio 1 and penta (DPT hepB hib) given today we go two the hospital and took polio 3 penta3 (DPT hepB hib) and polio injection. They are mistaken to took dose 3.is any problems in future? Both 3 are same medicines? Next time which does should we take?

It's perfect, you have to go for Penta, one more time. Go for rotavirus vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine from private if not available at government hospital. Mmr 9 mt, typhoid conjugate vaccine at 10 mt, hepatitis A vaccine at one year of age.
