Dear sir/mam, Am trying to improve my body and to increase my weight and have done a lot from last 2 years but the result comes out always negative! Few things needs to mention, am vegan and many people says there are bacteria in stomach. Saliva from mouth comes out a lot while sleeping everyday. Having minor mouth problems as well. Am not drinking alcohol at all, living in UK so weather is also cold enough although am an Indian. To be frank, am not having faith in NHS doctors for this. Is there anything you can help me here?

To improve on your weight eat frequent calorie dense food instead of eating large portion eat every two hours something which is good in protein and energy. Eg: kale,walnuts, apricots,nut butter with fruit, smoothie etc.
