Its better to take whole fruit or vegetable instead of juice. There are many benefits like whole vegetables contain fiber which is good for health. Secondly whole vegetables contains many vitamins n minerals which are lost when you extract juice. Moreover if you eat whole vegetables you will be able to take 1 or 2 max. But in juice it will take atleast 6-7 vegetables for a glass of juice. Which means that you are consuming 4-5 times calories. And at what cost no fiber or minerals or vitamins.
