Hi, There is a place on my neck below my earlobe, which is hardened. I do not have any strain on my neck or did I have any cold. My lymph node below that hardened surface is swollen a bit and upon touching a bit harder, both the lymph node and hardened surface are paining. It is not mastoiditis that I am sure. The hardened surface is below my ear and on the neck thank you.
