Dear doctor I am a student age (20 year) who is suffering mild memory loss and not able to recall things what I have studied? So I decided to take the supplement (kayos naturals ginkgo biloba with ashwagandha and bacopa Brahmi for memory focus and concentration 500 mg. So please suggest me should I take it or not, what should be the dosage, and what you will suggest as an alternative to this?
