I am having sensitivity on my left end teeth, it also pain sometimes when I eat chocolate or anything. What could be the reason. Is it cavity. How can it be fixed?

Hello, ya symptoms look like you might have a cavity visit a dentist if cavity is there he/she will take a x-ray to see how deep it is based on that filling will be done after removing the decay. Thanks.

Yes it can be dental caries. Take proper check up. The sensitivity will not go by using any toothpaste. Take proper treatment.
