Hi, I am a student and I am uncircumcised. I want to ask that I wear underwear only when I go out. And rest of the time. I do not wear it and now I am having irritation on the penis wearing pants with chain and without chains and when it gets erect it is very hard to hide and also I feel very uncomfortable and low confident without it. My question is can I wear it every time and I wear briefs it is good.

Yes you can wear brief all the time except sleeping time. But if erection is persisting & painfull, then it's medical problem, need to consult.
