I am 43 year old male with a small outgrowth coming out at the back of my head. The projection comes out periodically and when cut it bleeds significantly. Nearly a month ago I allowed it to grow and it grew about half a cm and developed four branches. I again cut it, now there is a scar with the probability that it may come again. Isn't it a tumor.

It cant be a tumour.Although it can be diagnosed after physical examination but on first instance it seems like it is a wart with multiple branches. But again I have said earlier also ,it i just a presumption and final diagnosi will be made once I examine it physsically.
