I have felt a mild strain in the left side of chest for 1-2 seconds only and then I became wet with sweat on two occasions in the interval of 2 hours a week ago. Then I got tested for lipid profile. The total cholesterol is 256, triglycerides is 97, hdl is 62, ldl is 149, vldl is 45, non-hdl is 194. Uric acid is 7.50. After seeing the high values of cholesterol, I underwent tmt and color doppler echo tests yesterday, both these tests are also perfectly normal. But, there is continuous pain in the upper chest (both side, more on left side) for last 3-4 days. Please guide what to do now?
