I am 17 years old boy, I have face full of pimples and black spot I used two cream ekran aqua gel and clindamycin phosphate & adapalene gel but there is no improvement please suggest me any facial cream that available in local store thank you.

Dear patient, it's important to have a dual mode of action for�such conditions. Aim should be to prevent new pimples from erupting and to dry the older ones simultaneously so that they don't leave any scar and dark spots. Though dark spots can be managed later on, it's very difficult to treat the scars because of acne and the worst part of acne is that most of them leave a scar or pigmentation when heal. Aim is to constrict the glands which is making the secretions on which bacteria find a good medium to multiply. Some patients also have acne on their arms shoulders and back and respond well to systemic treatment along with creams for local application. Lasers also can be done in severe cases and sometimes patient mostly female need some special drugs. So peels along with anti acne medication and oral tablets may help you out. It may take 4-6 weeks to get proper control over them and according to the results we have to manage the drugs. We try to minimise the use of drugs through the latest technology and treatment modalities. Treatment�sometimes needs to be switched over to some mild to moderate anti-acne therapies according to the results and urgency. Some people feel that they need not treat pimples as they will settle with age but mind it that they will keep on leaving scars as and when they erupt the dosage of the drug and its proper management is needed and sometimes a hormonal profile also has to seen to combat the increase.
