Hi! i?m trying to conceive and had been on medications also. I got food poisoning yesterday and my periods are due in 3 days. If suppose i?m pregnant in this cycle then can food poisoning affect my pregnancy and cause miscarriage? I am feeling okay now. I have normal stools now and just threw up once yesterday.
