My son is 3 three years old. He was brushing the teeth but he wounded the gums inside the mouth. I consulted a paediatric he told me to apply any mouth ulcer gel. I applied orahelp gel. But after 2 doses I observed some rashes on his face and back. Now I have given him hycope syrup which is anti allergic. Will it relive the problem or it will increase. please inform me. I am worried.
