take whole grains, fibre rich foods in suhoor with curd or butter milk. while doing iftar stay away from fried and spicy foods. can take all the fruits and vegetables but seasonal ones are always preferred, khajoor are full of minerals and iron which makes it perfect for fasting days. light iftar meal followed by regular dinner would be okay. caffeinated beverages, sugary beverages must be taken in moderarion
