Good evening doctors, I am 50 years old man. Suffering with continues low sugar.(hypoglycemia). When my sugar level gown down to 6 in june 2015, I went to coma and got effected by seizures. That time I got admitted in blk hospital, karol bagh, new delhi. And what kept on ventilation for 48 hrs. Some how I regained life. Today I am on insulin 5 units in morning and 5 units in night. Also taking levipil 500.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. I am unable to understand why were you in hypoglycemia or why were you developing repeated hypoglycemia. You have not mentioned whether you have been having diabetes and were on treatment for that. Because of treatment hypo was developing. Because you are now on insulin twice a day. Your whole explanation is confusing. Patients who are on treatment for diabetes (hyperglycemia) are likely to get hypoglycemia when too strict control is achieved. Or a person having excess insulin secretion in the body can also get repeated hypoglycemia. Please come back with clear facts. Thanks.

Actually you do not need insulin which again can cause hypos. please stop it and continue with tab. Trajenda duo 2.5+500) two times a day. it will not cause hypos.best wishes
